When will my order arrive?

Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and delivered in an estimated 8–16 business days after dispatch and you get a tracking link by email when yours ships. Order by Nov 25 for Christmas delivery.

Will my pet fit in the pouch?

The pouch is made for cats and small dogs. It has a closed bottom, so your pet sits snug inside and peeks out of the opening. Always keep a hand on your pet and never leave them unattended in the pouch.

What size should I get?

The hoodie has a relaxed, oversized fit and comes in S, M, L, XL and 2XL. Choose your usual size for a cozy fit, or size up if you're between sizes.

Which designs are available?

Santa, Penguin, Reindeer and Gingerbread. In a bundle you can mix any designs and sizes.

How do the bundle savings work?

Buy 2 hoodies and save $20; buy 3 (Gift Pack) and save $45. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.

What is it made of and how do I wash it?

Ultra-soft plush sherpa fleece. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, and air dry. No bleach and no fabric softener.

Is shipping free?

Shipping is free on orders over $70. Orders of $70 or less pay $3 standard shipping.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. See our refund policy.
