We want you and your pet to love your JinglePawz hoodie. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with the return instructions. Please don't send anything back before we reply.
- Once we receive and check your item, we refund the original payment method.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging.
- Bundles (2 or 3 hoodies) bought with a discount are refunded at the discounted price actually paid.
- Shipping Protection and Priority Processing are services and are not refundable once the order has shipped.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after we approve your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
